1. Eligibility
The Arm Balance Strength & Control Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sutras CLB, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must provide their first name, last name, and a valid email address through the official entry form. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
3. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted starting on September 11th, 2026 and ending on September 15th, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
4. Prize Details
Two (2) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) "Lifetime Access" pass to the Arm Balance Strength & Control program.
Definition of Lifetime Access: "Lifetime Access" is defined as access to the program for as long as the digital product is commercially available and maintained by Sutras CLB.
* The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection, Notification & Publicity
Winners will be selected by random drawing on September 19th, 2026.
* The "Valid Email" Rule: It is the participant’s responsibility to provide a correct and active email address. If a winner cannot be reached because the email bounces or is incorrect, Sutras CLB reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and randomly draw a new winner.
* The 48-Hour Claim Window: To ensure this opportunity doesn't go to waste and to keep the energy flowing, winners have 48 hours to claim their prize from the time the notification was sent. If a winner fails to respond within this window, the prize will be forfeited and gifted to an alternate winner.
* Publicity: By claiming a prize, winners agree to the use of their first name and last initial for promotional/announcement purposes (e.g., "Congrats to Sarah J.!").
6. Privacy & Communications
By entering, you agree to receive email communications from Sutras CLB. You may unsubscribe at any time; however, please note that if you unsubscribe before the drawing, we may not be able to contact you if you win. Your data is handled with care and will never be sold to third parties.
7. Physical Readiness & Limitation of Liability
* Physical Readiness: By participating in the yoga program, you represent that you are in good health and have no physical conditions that would prevent you from safe participation. You are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
* Liability Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sutras CLB from any liability or injury occurring from the use or misuse of the prize or participation in the yoga program.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court located in Kentucky.
9. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
10. Void Where Prohibited
This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
