Meet Ashley Bonomo, RYT 500

My mission is to help you build the strength that makes your practice feel powerful and stable and advanced poses feel possible.

For over 10 years, I’ve worked with dedicated yogis who felt stuck in their arm balances, unsure in their inversions, or frustrated that their effort wasn’t translating into real progress.

As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a degree in Exercise Science and a Personal Training certification, my work blends science-backed strength development with intelligent yoga mechanics.

My coaching is centered on:
