1. Access & Login
Q: How do I access my course after purchase?
A: You’ll receive an email with your login link immediately after checkout. If you don’t see it within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
Q: What if I can’t log in?
A: Send us an email at Hello@ashleysutrasclb.com with the subject “Login Help” and we’ll reset your access link.
2. Billing & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal. We never store your credit card details.
Q: I was charged but didn’t receive access. What should I do?
A: Please forward your receipt or transaction ID to Hello@ashleysutrasclb.com so we can resolve it quickly.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. For live events, tickets are non-refundable but may be gifted or transferred to another person if you cannot attend.
3. Live Events
Q: Can I gift or transfer my ticket if I can’t attend?
A: Yes. Please email us at least 24 hours before the event with the name and email of the person who will be using your ticket.
Q: Will I get event details after purchase?
A: Yes. Event location, time, and preparation details will be sent to your registered email address after your purchase.

Q: How long will I have access to my digital program?
A: Unless otherwise stated, access is lifetime. If your program has a defined duration (such as challenges or mentorships), details will be clearly listed on the product page.
