Ashley Bonomo

Ashley Bonomo is a passionate and knowledgeable yoga teacher and mentor with over a decade of experience.

She is an Ashtanga-trained E-RYT 500 and holds a background in exercise science and personal training.

The founder of Sutras CLB, Ashley specializes in strength-based, conscious movement. Her teaching is designed for students who want to bridge the gap between traditional yoga and functional, performance-based strength.

Ashley is a dedicated teacher, providing specialized guidance for students looking to build physical resilience. 
She uses this approach to dismantle limiting beliefs through physical challenge, empowering you to move beyond the mat and build a body and mind capable of handling any obstacle.

Her grounded, knowledagable and direct approach to mentorship has made her a trusted authority for students seeking more from their yoga pracitice and exercise routines.
