She is an Ashtanga-trained E-RYT 500 and holds a background in exercise science and personal training.
The founder of Sutras CLB, Ashley specializes in strength-based, conscious movement. Her teaching is designed for students who want to bridge the gap between traditional yoga and functional, performance-based strength.
